Angel Reading By Annette You are a link between the past and the future. Negative behavior that has run through your family for generations can stop with you. You have the ability to change and affect many future lives. If you were a victim in the past, forgiveness is your healing balm. When you truly practice forgiveness you will release energy draining emotions of hurt, anger, and revenge. Let go of these self defeating thoughts and emotions. Help the angels to keep your life free of the sludge of bitterness, guilt and negative emotions, so that a clear outpouring of peace and happiness can flow through you. If whoever hurt you is still alive take steps to forgive, and to build a positive relationship with them by seeking to understand. Many Blessings on your Journey! |
Angel healing Wisdom

Zagzagel is the angel of inner wisdom. I ask Zagzagel for help with my Reiki clients who are too busy with daily activities and their thoughts are filled with clutter from the media, to be aware of their inner self. Inner listening is impossible when you are filled with fears and judgments. Illusion keeps you bound to shame, anger, and many more negative emotions. Catch yourself dwelling on these negative thoughts and turn your thoughts to health giving, strength and vigor. Create health giving mind movies. Visualize the floating clouds drifting in the blue sky. Remember when you experienced the fresh breeze tickling your cheeks and gently playing with your hair. See and hear the blueish green ocean waves rippling toward clean white sand, and palm trees swaying gently in the breeze while soaking in the nourishing sun. Hear the birds full of life and motion. Trust and have faith that the supreme power that created all of these things, and much more, is a part of your Spiritual, inner mind-not your material conscious mind.- As your faith increases, so will your own power to heal. |
News on CoQ10 and Aging
Posted on 23 May, 2011 at 22:55 |
It is said that CoQ10 can aid in aging, heart disease, blood pressure, Age-related macular degeneration Early study shows that acetyl-L-carnitine, n-3 fatty acids, and Coenzyme Q10 (Phototrop®;) may help age-related macular degeneration. More research is needed using Coenzyme Q10 alone before a recommendation can be made. Since CoQ10 is essential to the optimal function of all celltypes,it is not surprising to find a seemingly diverse number of disease states which respond favorably to CoQ10 supplementation. All metabolically active tissues are highly sensitive to a deficiency of CoQ10. CoQ10's function as a free radical scavenger only adds to the protean manifestations of CoQ10 deficiency. Rather than take the pill CoQ10, and worry that you could be putting excess coQ10 in your body,it would be safer to eat the foods that contain CoQ10. This is not for me, but Fish contain the highest source of CoQ10. Regularly including the freshest servings of sardines and mackerel in your meals allows the body to turn this important enzyme into the energy (ATP) that powers the heart and other muscles in the body to work efficiently. Also Beef heart and Liver. Fresh lamb and Pork are also sources of CoQ10. Eggs, but not chicken.

Reiki Principal 1
Posted on 6 April, 2011 at 23:55 |
Reiki Principal number 1 Just for today I will not be angry. When we get angry we lose the ability to rationalize and create blockages in the body. Anger blocks the universal life force energy flow (Reiki) and can have many physical and mental consequences. Anger evokes quick unmindful reactions which can be harmful. If we can control our anger we will be more observant and able to choose more mindful reactions and manifest a better outcome. |
Reiki Healing

Reiki, a therapy in which hands are placed lightly on the body or just above it, is increasingly being used to reduce cancer-related fatigue, anxiety, nausea and pain. Several studies suggest a benefit to patients, but scientists say more large, rigorous studies are needed. Cancer patients—due to the disease and to side effects of chemotherapy—often suffer from severe mental and physical fatigue, doctors say. Anxiety, nausea and pain are also common. In recent years, many cancer centers have been offering Reiki, a form of healing which originated in Japan in the early 1900s, according to scientific literature. In a session of Reiki, hands are placed lightly on the body. Each spot is treated for three minutes or longer and sometimes therapists place their hands just above the body without touching, says Donah Drewett, a Fairlee, Vt.-based Reiki therapist who works at Norris Cotton Cancer Center in Lebanon, N.H. Extra care is needed with cancer patients. Therapists must avoid sensitive areas on the body such as ports used to administer medications, doctors and therapists say. The gentleness of Reiki is appealing to cancer patients, many of whom are too ill to tolerate a deep-tissue massage, doctors say. Reiki is often described as a treatment that helps life energy to flow in a patient—an explanation not generally accepted by scientists. Barrie Cassileth, chief of the Integrative Medicine Service at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, calls the energy theory "absurd" but says light-touch therapy can have a "great relaxing effect" on cancer patients "who are constantly poked, prodded and given needles." Adds Deborah Steele, manager of patient and family support services at Norris Cotton: "How it works is a mystery, but we see anecdotally the amount of delight" it brings patients. Some scientists think the benefits may be as simple as the warmth of human touch and the feeling that someone is caring for you. "We do have a reciprocal effect between the mind and the body. if you relax one, you relax the other," Dr. Cassileth says. |
African Legend
Posted on 30 March, 2011 at 0:15 |
I would like to share this African legend I read about many years ago – Enjoy! An old African chief needed to test the wisdom of a young man he had chosen to be his successor as tribal head. He asked the young man to prepare two meals for him. The first meal was to contain the very best ingredients life had to offer. The second meal would contain the very worst. On the appointed day, the chief sat down to his first meal which was a delicious plate of sliced cow tongue with vegetables. The chief was delighted with the food and, upon finishing the meal, asked the young man why he had chosen the tongue. “The tongue is one of the finest parts of our being,” the young man replied. “It can speak wonderful words of truth that can help our people grow and prosper. The right words can give them courage and bolster their integrity. Tongues can speak of love and harmony and hold our village together.” The chief was very impressed and waited for his second meal with eager anticipation. On the appointed day the chief sat down to eat his second meal and found it to be identical to the first. When he had finished, he asked the boy why he had prepared the same meal twice. The young man answered, “The tongue can be the best part of us, but it can also be the worst. The tongue can speak words of anger and discouragement that tear people down and rob them of hope. It can weave deceit; it can speak untruths that cause disharmony. The tongue, more than any other weapon, can destroy our village life.” The old chief listened closely and slowly nodded his head. He knew he had chosen his next leader wisely. Let this year be a year to make people feel good simply with the magic of your words! |
What are Nightshades
Posted on 22 March, 2011 at 20:05 |
What are nightshades? Nightshades are vegetables that can have effects on nerve-muscle function, digestive function, and joint function. There is a substance in the foods that can increase inflamation in people that suffer from arthritis Potatoes, tomatoes, sweet and hot peppers, eggplant, tomatillos, tamarios, pepinos, pimentos, paprika, cayenne, and Tabasco sauce When I eat potatoes and peppers together I can feel the inflamation. The best way to know if you are sensitive to any of these vegetables is to be aware when you eat them, and how you feel the next day or so. |
